Take in loads of water so that you do not dehydrate as a result to excessive sweating; along with this make sure that you maintain the levels of salt in your body so that even if you are sweating, your body has the necessary minerals required for its well being.
- Smoking or intake of caffeine in the form of coffee cause some people to suffer from excessive sweating as well. Therefore, you can try and cut down on your intake of coffee and cigarettes to see if they are culprits for your facial sweating.
- You can also use effective and natural face powder to try reducing facial sweating; powder tends to absorb the sweat from pores and can be effective in this way.

There are another two ways you can stop excessive sweating. One way is surgical while the other is not. Most people would prefer the natural and non-surgical methods to stop sweating.
- You can ask your doctor or dermatologist about Botox as a way to beat sweat. These injections use Botulinum toxin, which allows the muscles of the face to relax and reduce facial sweating. However, this may not be a workable solution to facial sweating for everyone; normally only if the sweating occurs on the forehead and other smaller areas can you use Botox.
- If you consult a dermatologist, they might even suggest some oral medications that will help reduce the activity of the sweat glands around your facial area, which can help you stop sweating. However, first you should definitely help determine the cause of your excessive sweating before trying to beat sweat.
